Hey, I'm Simone and I work as a screenwriter and format developer in the beautiful city of Hamburg.

It's been quite a journey. My love for moving images started much earlier. As a teen, I earned my first money at my hometown's local cinema — and at the same time at the video store next door. At some point, I knew almost each and every movie. But what would it be like to breathe life into stories myself and captivate others with them?

After completing my media master's degree in Bremen, my path led me to Munich, where I started as a TV format developer. I also worked as a film reporter and critic on the side. But it wasn't until I returned to Northern Germany a few years later that I began writing scripts for PR clients, just as I had learned. And I was really good at it! This passion really got me. In 2024 it was time to really devote myself to the job as a screenwriter and format developer. Since then, I've always been on the hunt for the next project to realize.

If you look at my career and interests, I'm basically a genre mix in person. Much like my fictional projects. Stories that suit my taste are often a bit dark, sometimes weird, but above all emotional with a touch of humor to take a breath. Yep, that's me.
